St. Jacobs Furniture House is committed to respecting the privacy of individuals and recognizes a need for the appropriate management and protection of any personal information that you agree to provide to us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
Our website may contain links to websites operated and maintained by third parties. Privacy policies on linked sites may be different from our privacy policy. You should always read the privacy policy of a linked site before disclosing any personal information on such site.
Any estimated delivery times provided are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. Please contact us for an updated ETA of your order at any time.
Cancellation:
A deposit is a binding commitment between consumer and retailer.
If you have NOT received your order, you may cancel all or part of your order within 48 hours of placing your order without penalty by contacting us.
Once an order is shipped from our manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled. Refusing to accept the merchandise will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Custom orders are non-cancellable and final sale.
Online orders require full payment in advance, and are Non-Returnable and Non-Cancellable. Standard manufacturer warranties still apply.
All decor purchases may be returned for a store credit, with proof of purchase, within 7 days. Please note that all "As Is" and "Floor Model" sales are final.
Delivery:
All deliveries, regardless of distance are subject to a delivery charge, and are organized based on geographic location. All customer purchases must be paid in full prior to loading the product for delivery.
A signed Damage Waiver is required if the delivery team has identified a higher risk for potential damage to either the product and/or your home due to a “tight fit” situation, and after discussion, you are still requesting the delivery attempt.
The customer has 2 weeks from notification of their order in our warehouse, to pick up or arrange delivery of the furniture, otherwise the product will be allocated to other customers, or you will be subject to $100.00 per week for storage. Customers are responsible for bringing their own moving blankets and tie down supplies when picking up furniture. Customers are responsible to ensure furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, etc.
Customers are responsible for removing any obstructions hazardous to the delivery staff inside and outside of the home, including, but not limited to: ice, snow, vehicles, children's toys, pets, etc.
Any concealed damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt of furniture. St. Jacobs Furniture House will assist customers in the exercise of all stated manufacturer warranties, whether replacement parts need to be ordered, or a replacement piece to be ordered, depending on the reported issue. Service orders of damaged furniture items will be organized in a timely manner by the Customer Care manager.
Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices, and/or specifications may occur in print/publication. We reserve the right to correct any such errors.
